The website Teoxane.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is owned by the company Teoxane SA, with registered office at Rue de Lyon, 105 in Geneva, registered with the Geneva Companies Register under number CH-660-1948003-8 and VAT number CHE-110.245.638, which produces biomedical products including a series of implants based on hyaluronic acid intended for use as dermal fillers and moisturisers, administered by intradermal and subcutaneous injection

Purpose of the processing and optional provision of data.
You are free to provide your personal data through the use of the appropriate forms and templates on the Site to request information material or other communications and, more generally, for the purposes indicated in the specific information sheets. Failure to provide such data may result in the impossibility of fulfilling your request.
Modality of processing.
The data, organised in registers and/or electronic databases, are processed through the use of manual, computer and electronic tools and with suitable organisational procedures and measures to ensure their security and confidentiality in compliance with the principles set out in EU Regulation 2016/679 and the purposes indicated above.

• Third party companies that Teoxane Italia S.p.A. uses in the performance of its activities, where necessary for the purposes referred to in this policy, which process the data in their capacity as external Data Processors (for example: transport and shipping companies for the sending or receiving of the products and/or materials requested; external marketing management companies appointed by the Company; natural and/or legal persons supplying goods and/or services);
• commercial advisers for administrative and accounting purposes, as well as legal advisers for the management of any litigation and, in general, all persons, entities and bodies to whom access to this information is granted pursuant to regulatory and/or judicial measures (e.g. supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, etc.).
Teoxane operates internationally and the data may also be transferred to countries outside the European Union, including Switzerland. All companies belonging to the Teoxane SA Group, regardless of where personal data are processed and/or the country in which the servers are located, have applied the same protection rules provided for by EU Regulation 2016/968. Teoxane SA has adopted Binding Corporate Rules in accordance with the provisions of Art. 47 of the GDPR that protect information within the Teoxane SA intragroup context.
Retention Period.
The personal data collected will be stored and processed for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing and in any case in compliance with the prescribed terms imposed by law.
In the case of data processed for the marketing purposes referred to in letter b), the processing will be carried out until the Customer withdraws his/her consent.
Rights of the Data Subject pursuant to Articles 15-22 of Reg. UE 2016/679.
At any time, the data subject may exercise his/her rights with regard to the Data Controller and which are listed below:
1. right of access: the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him/her is being processed and, in that case, to request and obtain access to the data and information concerning the processing;
2. right of rectification: the data subject has the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her without undue delay, or the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration;
3. right to erasure: the data subject has the right to obtain at any time, the erasure, without undue delay, of data concerning him/her;
4. right to restriction: the data subject has the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of the data concerning him/her where he/she disputes the accuracy of such data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data or, in the event of unlawfulness of the processing, where the data subject objects to the deletion;
